Our guarantee is in our name. Russell J. Stutes founded the parent company, Russell J. Stutes Construction, LLC in 1972 and quickly earned a reputation for excellence in home construction.
Passed down to a second generation, the company has now maintained its reputation for quality construction management in residential and commercial construction.
RJS Disaster Response was later started by a 3rd generation who realized an opportunity to use our family’s set of skills and values -
